We share the same vision so Kraken is an ideal fit – commercially and culturally. They have been searching for additional solutions to expand the reach to EVs and utilities.  

It’s still early days and there is lots to work through but the team will maintain their current roles, and we’ll continue to work with Rotterdam as our main hub, while working closely with the teams in London and Manchester. The Jedlix brand will gradually be harmonised with Kraken so do expect a touch of pink. We will continue to retain and actively maintain all software functionality while looking for synergies on other fronts.

This strategic move allows Jedlix to redirect resources towards an increased focus on our product, our client account management and experience and excitingly, grow further internationally.

With the baking of Kraken it is for example much easier for us to arrange large scale managed API access from OEMs. By partnering with Kraken, we are now undeniably the leading initiative in this field.
