Hi Sara, can you introduce yourself briefly?

I'm Sara, originally from Iran, and I joined Jedlix as a software developer in March 2021. I have a strong passion for learning and tackling new challenges. Personally, I’m a calm and shy individual.

What does a typical day look like for you at Jedlix?‍

My daily routine involves developing new features, fixing bugs, and participating in scrum meetings. When working on a new feature, we also focus on creating thorough documentation and keeping the team aligned.‍

Why did you choose to join Jedlix, and how does it align with your values?‍

Jedlix is my first job in the Netherlands. I was looking for a company with a clear goal and a valuable product where I could see the impact of our work. As the time passed by, I became increasingly impressed by how everyone genuinely cares about the product and its goals. Jedlix is a fantastic place to work, and I'm truly happy to be part of the team.‍

Fun fact about you and your time at Jedlix?‍

Coming from Iran, a country rich in oil and gas, energy prices and usage were never a concern for us. Joining Jedlix was a real eye-opener for me, as I had to quickly adapt to a new reality where energy is meticulously calculated and priced. It was a great opportunity to learn about the lifestyle here and adapt to it.‍

What do you like most about working at Jedlix? What are you proud of?‍

The best part for me is the team and the overall vibe, along with our smart charging product. I take pride in optimizing the platform to better meet the desires of end-users because their experience is paramount.
